Vega was retained to support Professor David Bradford in a class action where plaintiffs alleged that a pharmaceutical company has, for years, used false representations and knowingly unlawful manufacturing practices to make and sell its flagship drug. Professor Bradford was retained to opine on the economic value of the allegedly adulterated drug and develop a class-wide methodology for calculating damages to the class members.
