Governor Glenn Youngkin announced additional key administration and board appointments on December 6. 2022. Governor Youngkin appointed Dr. Louis Rossiter to the Virginia Health Benefits Exchange Advisory Committee, which will advise the State in setting up its own state-based exchange.
